I serve as the Supervisor for Facility Services Department Projects as well as over Contracted Services (landcare, janitorial, etc.). I am the Capital Lead for this department, managing Capex budgets/ forecasts. Key Results and Responsibilities: Supervise all Facility Services Project Management; including all Capex Projects, Space Planning (Moves, Adds, Changes), Programming, Renovations, New Construction, and I perform Facilities Consulting across the TECO portfolio for other departments (planning, scope, construction, O&M impacts, etc.).  Supervise all O&M Service Contracts across the TECO portfolio in regard to Landcare (including Solar), Janitorial services, Pest Control, and miscellaneous services related to preventative maintenance, compliance, and operational support. I also am responsible for working with procurement on Contract Management, as well as processes for RFP, MSA, and other compliance needs.  As Capital Lead for Facilities Services Department, I am responsible for managing the capex budget for my department and forecasting capital projects for the TECO long-term forecast. I also manage all Capex purchase orders, contract work orders, and coordination with the larger FS team.

I served in a few roles within COCM in facilities management in Ohio & Florida. Including at The Village, University of South Florida (a $148MM project). This project encompassed 2100 student beds on-campus, a dining facility serving over 5,000 meals daily, fitness facility, and several amenity & programing spaces.Key Results and Responsibilities: Part of the Project Management (Facilities Operations/MEP) team for what was the largest Public-Private partnership project in Florida history at $148MM. Project completed demolition of the northern portion of USF campus to make way for the construction of The Village housing, administration, and amenities. Project Turnover to Operations: As project completed phases I began serving as the Director of Facilities Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of The Village. I worked with USF Housing & Resident Education to make sure there was a seamless transition from construction to operations.

Worked to engineer control measures and build out engineered corrective projects to mitigate citations.
