Work with property management executives as a partner to improve efficiency and returns through the implementation of best practices and an advanced software platform. Responsibilities include product demonstration, contract negotiation, client relationship management and maintaining an active role in local apartment associations.

Responsible for prospecting, targeting, developing, and qualifying potential customers. Initiate sales process by building relationships and scheduling appointments. Identify development potential in accounts by studying current businesses; identifying and evaluating additional needs; and analyzing opportunities. Develop high quality sales opportunities and build sales pipeline for the field sales team. Responsible for prospecting, targeting, developing, and qualifying potential customers.Working closely with the Account Executives and Regional Vice Presidents, I play a key role in generating new customers and sales opportunities by penetrating into new or existing accounts and converting inbound leads to qualified opportunities.
