Plan the development of corporate & leisure activities for the North American market. Prepare, implement and follow-up sales plans to reach objectives (16.5M). Establish and managet an important Sales & promotions budget for 10 hotels, 2 golf courses, skiing and other acttivities rekated to Mont-Tremblant Resort. Solicit new partenerships and maintain business relations with different associates in the industry. Ensure uniformity in contractual agreements, Manage & motivitatate the sales team (20 people)

Oversee all activities related to events, banquets held at Mont-Tremblant Resort. Supervise all operations relatated to resort wide events, new facilities opening (convention center), budget, growth & financial objectives. Responsible for purchasing, control and billing of all activities.
