Post-exit founder, Adam was the co-CEO of one of Australia’s most sought after marketing and digital transformation agencies, growing the business to 60 people across Australia before it was acquired by the McCann brand. A strategist by trade, he has led transformations, growth strategies and commercial partnerships, working as a trusted advisor for the executive branch, across almost every sector for 15 years.Since exiting, he took on the role of COO of one of Australia’s future unicorns, in marketing econometrics, a business that he has advised since its conception, and helped the CEO-founder shape the trajectory of its growth through commercial, operations and cultural stewardship. This was in parallel to his advisory and board positions on a number of startups, including food tech, marketing analytics, and marketing production, seeking to disrupt the status quo through innovative thinking and differentiation. Adam is a Senior Advisor and consultant at 24HR alongside peers from KPMG, McKinsey and BCG, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an alumni of The Marketing Academy, and previous lecturer. He has also led a number of M&A transactions, both sell and buy side, across the technology and marketing sectors, for businesses between $15 and $50M turnover working in an advisory capacity post-sale to help consolidate the transaction.
