• Developed structure and processes within Job Ready department resulting in a structured schedule of training and tasks designed to improve student knowledge, retention, and experience• Created a job interview guide that is provided to students to help them prepare for upcoming job interviews• Lead redesign of Job Ready website, creating a more modern and clean layout with updated content• Planned and implemented social media posting schedule, resulting in greater online student engagement • Organized student tracking database, allowing potential graduation dates and progress to be forcast • Drive student progress in Job Ready Program by tracking and recording the progress of 90+ students ensuring they can move to the next phase of the program• Conduct 5+ resume reviews per week, providing students with formatting, grammar, and content edits to ensure resume is current and accurate• Participate, lead, and provide feedback in mock job interviews
