Oversaw the creative direction for all global experiential strategy and design for Discovery’s location-based entertainment (LBE). Extending the Discovery mark by building brands to supplement Discovery’s traditional revenue streams including experiential, hospitality, marketing experiences, special events, consumer products and themed entertainment. Reporting to both the Senior Vice President of LBE and the General Manager of Asia.• Led creative outlining experiential brand expression and product design during year-on-year growth of over 80% (2018-2019). Signed on new business and drove design of projects with CapEx in excess of $100M.• Established Discovery’s LBE strategy by building the LBE product portfolio. Directed all creative teams, vendors and operations including external partners, designers, and contractors, ensuring all activations aligned with brand whilst also meeting partner objectives. Managed internal executive approvals, RFP and creative briefs, project progression, timelines, and internal creative budgets of over $500,000.• Developed presentations and led international creative pitches to articulate and sell-in creative plans to senior executives at partner corporations and government agencies building new and existing client relationships with a major focus on the Asia, Latin America, and EMEA regions.• Drove creative direction of IP defining style guide creation for Discovery’s consumer product licensees and retail partnerships to ensure brand positioning, merchandise and product development were up to the Discovery standard.

Art-directed and designed multimillion-dollar campaigns and led creative on many Nickelodeon keystone events including San Diego and New York Comic-Cons, Licensing Show, CP Summit, Super Bowl, Kids Choice Awards and more. In addition, oversaw creative of consumer-facing, market-leading properties such as TMNT, SpongeBob, Blaze, Paw Patrol, and Nickelodeon Resorts, developing consumer product brand guidelines for all products. Reporting to the Vice President of Property Design.• Design lead in the creation of key Nickelodeon events with creative budgets in excess of $1M. • Directed two branded projects that were among the highest sell-through for Nickelodeon CP in 2014: TMNT Metal Mutants and Total Turtle Takeover.
