Our team assists the Airport Customer Service above-wing front line employees when a technical or procedural issue arises. In addition, we also relay and enforce current corporate policies and procedures, ticketing at the counter, and gate agent flight handling. Our team provides support with issues in SNAPP, Deltamatic and interpreting International Documentation from Timatic. In this role, we also provide assistance with technical and procedural assistance to the following departments: ACS, Information Technology, Charters, Reservation Operation Center, Skyteam, Codeshare and Other Airline support desks.

As a servant leader, I collaborated with others daily throughout the company network both internally and externally. Other various complex operational issues I assisted with were extreme outages with the internet, communication and utilities. Influence over other stakeholders in the best interest of our international customers and growth of our operations. In this role, we shared the success of our team completing all required training and corporate initiatives, which resulted in high-scoring station performance audits. I also advocated for brand loyalty and operational commitment to safety and security across all departments. Due to our remote location, oversight over all departments was in my scope of responsibilities.
