- Co founded Web3 Philippines which is a Non-Profit builder community with 7,000+ members that caters on builders in the Web3 space (tech and non-tech builders). Most of our focus is putting up initiatives for Web3 Developers/Builders and Filipinos who are trying to get started in the Web3 space.- My role is focused on leading the Business Development team ensuring that we close strategic and valuable partnerships and collaborations both in the local scene and internationally.- Have worked on the revenue and sustainability model to make sure that we have the capacity and be in the position to run free and accessible events and campaigns within the community and to make sure that we can continue on helping more developers and builders for the long run.

- Have spearheaded a number of Mantle Network community programs, initiatives and campaigns. This includes leading the planning and development of the Mantle Ambassador Programs for the wider developer, regional and token holder communities. Including but not limited to shaping the structure for incentive models, contributor pathways, grants / support, individual development and career growth.- Played a pivotal role in crafting SOPs to foster the developments of our current and future community and developer programs. This includes close collaboration with the Marketing and DevRel teams and with various Mantle departments and stakeholders.- Providing crucial community support and education during the Mainnet launch and coordinating, planning, and hosting various online and in-person events for Mantle Network.

- Have worked with the GraphAdvocatesDAO for their developer and educational initiatives focused on evangelizing The Graph protocol and ecosystem. Such as supporting builders who are using the protocol or graphql in their project and initiatives and educating beginners in the space to get started in The Graph ecosystem.- Providing support in terms of setting up Twitter spaces, technical writing, translations and digestible resources for beginners in The Graph ecosystem. - Leading The Graph Philippines community which is focused on educating everyone about the protocol and how they could get started through different roles in the ecosystem of The Graph.

- Have worked with Community and Developer Advocates of Polygon Labs all around the globe for establishing regional communities and initiating events and meetups focused on Web3 education and building on the Polygon ecosystem and solutions.- Have been closely involved in putting up developer, builder and founder related initiatives within the community and have partnered in with the Advocates program and other ecosystem partners to put up technical writings, videos and resources for beginner developers.- Heavily contributed to the executions and success of Polygon related events and campaigns all over APAC and SouthEast Asia. Also led the official guild and community extension of Polygon Labs in the Philippines (Polygon Guild Manila).

- Led the Devt. and Engineering team focused on building different community tools and infrastructure and features to help more than 100 scholars and 10,000 community members with regards to their game stats, analytics, and quotas. - Have worked on different sub-projects of Metana Gaming in which requires Web3 technical expertise such as with smart contract creation, auditing and as well as security.- Organizing webinars and online initiatives in the community to educate people about being safe and how they could grow in the Web3 space.

- Led the development of the different community bots, tools and infrastructure that helped on scaling the community in terms of numbers and led the development of scholar tracking infrastructure that helped more than 200 scholars to track on their game stats and progress more efficiently. Helped grow the community to 100,000+ Discord members.- Processed the mass purchase of scholar accounts in different NFT/Play-to-Earn games ensuring the security of the accounts and making sure that scholars could easily log-in/out on their accounts.- Worked on behind the scenes of different community events and initiatives aiding on different technical concerns, issues and difficulties.

- Managed Garena CODM official social media accounts and community with 100,000+ members for Philippines and Malaysia & Singapore region. Making sure that every concerns and issues sent through inbox and comments are all attended.- Leading the community operations team in planning, organizing and execution of different community events and initiatives. Analyzing the response of the community towards initiated events and campaigns. Collecting suggestions, feedbacks and relevant information and data to better serve the community.- Bridging the Garena HQ team to the community making sure that any and every concerns, feedbacks, suggestions from the community are raised to the relevant departments and teams of Garena.

- Have worked with managing official group, forum and community channels for the Official Rules of Survival Community. Have led the creation and hosting of community events, community moderation strategies and coordination of local, national and international tournaments.- Have worked as a staff coordinator of the NOVA program of the Rules of Survival team that monitor streamers, talents and KOLs and make sure that they hit the industry standards and KPI provided by the program.

- Have been part of the Rules of Survival - Netease Community management team for both the official group and official facebook page to attend on the feedbacks, suggestions, concerns and questions from the community members. Which bridges the gap between the Netease team and the community. - Have been able to identify and recognize effective strategies in moderating, managing and strengthening rapport in online gaming communities.
