Responsible for the assessment (keep central, decentralize or outsource), transformation and implementation of the new organisation, building a winning team to serve as an internal high performing and global service provider.

Lead and finalize 3 year contract negotiation for substrate and packaging materials($750m) resulting in significant savings, total cost of ownership transparency and improved service level agreements

Responsible for the set-up and strategic development of a central procurement organization for Asia Pacific, integrating 6 manufacturing affiliates.

Member of various global procurement teams, representing EU Region, responsible for the consolidation and negotiation of packaging and fine paper materials with a total spend of $350m, leading to significant bottom line and above target savings across all regions, recognized with a PMI Excellence and the President’s award.
