The disorganization and problems continued to grow from the inherited mess for about a year. The Controller of the new owner's other business hired an Office Manager, who then contracted my services . With other added new personnel and myself as deligator, we managed to "clean up" old messes and implement workable successful systems and procedures. I remained, as promised, long enough after the new systems and daily procedures were intact to ensure smooth running operations and dedicated, well versed personnel. Show less
