Part of Support Equipment (SE) Integrated Product Team (IPT) for V-22 Osprey handling developmental, follow on buys, sustainment, and Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contracts.- Configuration Management (CM) duties included control of product lifecycle phases, release processes, change management procedures and creation of Engineering Change Proposals for government approval, gather cost and impacts, transfer of final build documents, and coordinated weekly CM telecom with government and Boeing counterparts.- Managed PBL In-Service change activity assigning work to engineers, setting priorities, coordinating government approval, and monitoring schedule to assure change completion and release prior to the end of the contract period of performance. Successfully delivered 50 – 70 Engineering Change Proposals on time for six consecutive periods of performances.- Created spreadsheet to record each contract’s CDRLs allowing easy retrieval of data for contract close out reducing time and effort and enabling quicker billing.- Earned Value Management Work Package Lead for PBL In-Service related activities. Coordinated data collection, updated weekly status, and analyzed data, checking for any overruns or schedule slips.- Worked with Procurement to assure correct revision of drawing packages on POs and supplied to vendor. Tracked buys on SAP software, and resolved problems or issues to ensure on time or improve delivery times.- Scheduled and prioritized engineer’s drawing creation and change work based on schedule needs. Tracked activity in database from job assignment to drawing package release for accurate status capability.- Liaison Engineer for all SE products managing both internal company issues and external supplier issues. Worked with Logistics to call out spare parts, and Manufacturing Planning to correct system problems. - Subject matter expert on newly implemented ENOVIA Product Data Management Software.
