I bring a fresh perspective to everything I do. I understand that unique situations need unique solutions, and that success comes from having a plan, being accountable to it and being courageous. In coaching, I partner with clients who are ready for the next level in their personal life, career, and business but they feel “boxed in”, unable to move forward. I work with clients to identify what’s holding them back and support them in creating practical action plans and strategies that moves them towards their version of success with boldness. I also work with business leaders looking for practical business and people strategies to lead their teams and organization to success. I have a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in accounting and I am filled with gratitude that I graduated summa cum laude while working full-time with the support of my loving husband and children. I earned an aPHR and I am currently working towards my SHRM-CP in human resources and attending iPEC to become a certified professional coach in Core Energy Leadership coaching. I'm currently intentional about focusing my HR talents within the DE&I space. I want to see my clients boldly become their authentic selves in whatever they do, unapologetically!
