Working alongside Company Directors and the International Marketing Manager to implement advertising and marketing campaigns, devise new creative and maintain the overall brand integrity through all media platforms.

Create both national marketing promotions and local advertising for salon franchises across the country as well as work across marketing events and liaise with media and brand partners. My role also included managing creative with some 35 individual salon owners, educators and staff. As the in-house Graphic Designer my large workflow included creating branding and promotional advertisements both print and online for industry based and consumer based publications as well as brochures, flyers, mini-magazines and newsletters. Promotional material including large scale posters, stickers and POS for trade shows. Twice a year I also coordinated, designed and copy wrote submissions for industry awards including Excellence in Marketing and PR which we won 4 times in a row as a result.
