Team Lead, Demo Content
CurrentContent Development:• Assume project ownership in providing comprehensive language adaptations across various assets• Build relationships and consensus across the organisation to create and implement the appropriate localisation/translation deliverables• Perform required language adaptations and content creation for sales assets• Work with stakeholders such as Sales Management, Solution Consultants, Marketing, Product Owners and Development teams to generate required content to distribute and internally advertise demo assets primarily in English• Keep lines of communication open with all stakeholders and adjust tactics as necessary to succeed Project Leadership:• Manage localisation projects from beginning to end, working closely with internal partners and external vendors• Anticipate error-prone processes or product features and suggest solutions to address these challenges• Proactively identify and execute continuous improvement projects that enhance linguistic quality and reduce cycle time• Eliminate team productivity blockers• Collaborate with other content creation teams (e.g. curriculum development, technical documentation) to ensure content consistency, eliminate overlap, and provide a coherent user experienceTechnology Leadership:• Develop hands-on technical expertise with product functionality and architecture in one or more product areas• Actively enhance current skills, learn new skills, and lead others in their learning• Gain a strong knowledge of the Pega products, including design and implementation, to ensure high quality, accurate localisation• Provide feedback on bugs and user experience to improve the overall user experience• Identify and make recommendations for process and tool improvements that increase the efficiency and productivity of the overall localisation group.
