After spending a number of years managing businesses, I saw first hand the difficulties employers face when recruiting. This understanding prompted me in 2011 to change careers and commence employment within Employment Services, where I could not only assist businesses with their recruitment needs but also work directly with job seekers to get them work ready for employers. Having worked in 4 states across Australia assisting small to large businesses with their recruitment needs now based in the Northern Territory working to assist companies where I am able to use this knowledge along with my understanding of government funding assistance to greater assist employers save time and money when recruiting.I thrive working in the Recruitment sector. Why? Because it has taught me so much about so many different industries! Every role that I have held has enabled me to learn a little bit more about a new part of the world that I would have otherwise never been exposed to and I have been able to make so many valuable connections with inspiring people across Australia.
