A driven athlete at heart. Most of my young life revolved around tennis practice and workouts, learning the definition of self-discipline and balance. Upon entering the workforce, my athletic competitiveness began morphing itself into a pronoun professional edge. Leveraging this mindset, I started my professional career working with Wilson Sporting Goods where I gained insight into the manufacturing side of my love sports. Next, I worked for recruiting software company, SportsRecruits LLC where I worked my way from an entry level B2C sales position (single person department) to the Head of the Customer Success department and rewriting the script for sales department growth. Consulting for small start ups was a side gig, I learned to evaluate company systems, provide metrics for scaling operations and increasing revenue through consolidation and efficiencies and identifying operational procedures for converting customers from target markets. Here, I naturally landed in a marketing role. This is the skill that comes most natural, connecting people with what they want and need.
