-Directly managed a department of 4 team members, delegating tasks, providing mentorship, and supplying creative solutions-Responsible for all educational and outreach programming -Planned and executed a multitude of engagement and learning events reaching over 200 people at each event-Managed Summer Camp with 24 individual camps serving over 700 children-Organized cross department efforts to optimize guest experience -Directed the implementation of various accessibility initiatives such as Everyone is Special (providing programming and resources for children on the Autism spectrum and their families), and Amazing Children, Smart Beginnings (an early learning outreach program for underserved communities)-Generated reports for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors -Authored departmental marketing materials for newsletter distributed to over 3500+ members of the community

-Built strong connections while working with Cincinnati Museum Center’s partners in industry, nonprofits, arts & culture, social service agencies, and higher education, as well as community members and industry professionals in the STEM field-Managed and planned the STEM Girls program, offering programming at a minimum of twice per month-Created and executed virtual learning program, STEM Girls Virtual, by producing virtual content (i.e. videos and social media posts) to be used to promote the institution and engage the community on virtual platforms, increasing the audience we reach per program by a factor of 10%-Raised the attendance and broadened the outreach of the STEM Girls program, as well as in other programs and engagement in the institution-Worked directly with Director of Community Collaborations on outreach initiatives in the Cincinnati area, as well as promoted diversity, inclusion, and access within the institution and within the community-Coordinated with Director of Youth Programs to help build social-emotional health, confidence, and safe spaces for conversation, by providing support and mentorship to the 120 teens in our Youth Program (demographics: 40% male, 59% female, 1% non-binary; 28% low-income; 52% Black, 25% White, 21% Asian, 1% Hispanic, 1% Other)-Directly oversaw and planed the Cincinnati Mini Maker Faire of 2019

Working to help create the patient experience by providing assistance in: check in and check out of appointments, scheduling, paperwork, insurance and billing questions/issues, collection of copay amounts, answering of phone calls, and assisting the physicians and practice manager wherever needed.

Managing swim lessons for ages ranging from infant to adult in the form of group and individual lessons. Helping instructors to better teach their students water safety while promoting fun and acceleration in swimming ability. Working under the Aquatics Director to promote safety and well being for all, not only in the water, but everywhere.
