Collaborates with cross functional team to ensure customer satisfaction. Actively participates in business reviews, customer conference calls, and audits. Leads the resolution of issues identified as a result of these customer interactions. Communicates goals, objectives, and priorities to the workcell team through regular meetings. Identifies performance problems and assists functional management in implementing corrective actions. Regularly reviews and analyzes key metrics to ensure production processes are in control. Coordinates with customers, suppliers, and other workcell staff to carry out corrective and/or preventive actions when necessary through continuous improvement and lean projects.. Creates project plans and timelines, implements changes and verifies effectiveness. Collaborates with Business Unit Management to develop strategic plans for the workcell and to quote new business opportunities. Assists in the timely preparation of accurate financial forecasts for the workcell. Reviews actual financial results and assists in the development of comprehensive variance reports for the workcell.
