As Assistant Buyer, I am responsible for indirect purchasing: sourcing high-quality products that meet strict specifications and ensuring timely delivery of orders. I review, audit, and process all receiving into our facility's two warehouses from a quality and financial perspective. I have found success in this role due to my attention to detail, problem-solving investigative skills, and thorough communication.I have been working in the Supplier Quality Coordinator role since March 2022. I am responsible for overseeing the inspection and auditing of all supplier products, processes, and regulatory requirements, as well as implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance accepted quality standards and vendor compliance. My latest role acquisition is that of Accounts Payable. My prior familiarity with our vendors and products has granted me advantage with the skill set needed to be successful in this role.I have a high school diploma from Atlanta High School, and I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies to advance my career. My goal is to continuously strengthen my skills and communication, and to contribute to the growth and success of my employer.
