I am a professional counselor licensure candidate and soon-to-be graduate of The University of Montana’s CACREP accredited counselor education program. My commitment to promoting holistic well-being and facilitating meaningful change drives my practice, as I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, values, and aspirations with openness and compassion. I am committed to exploring innovative approaches that honor the whole person. Drawing from my background in education and the arts and my experiences working with college athletes, detention center inmates, and couples, I am dedicated to encouraging personal growth and empowerment in individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. Many of my clients are new to counseling and experience varying degrees of ambivalence about engaging in the counseling process. I look forward to using creative interventions and experiential techniques to encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in dynamic ways that resonate with their unique needs and experiences. My goal is to empower clients to navigate life's complexities with resilience and confidence, fostering personal growth and meaningful change along the way.
