I lead the content marketing strategy at Forter, acting as the bridge between Product, R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams so that our branding and presentation as a company always matches the reality of our product and reflects its unique advantages.I ensure that both wider strategy and context for individual pieces are communicated clearly to all of Forter’s global offices, and that the teams in each geographical location understand how best to leverage the materials.I also stay in touch with the needs of the different offices, to ensure that both sales and marketing efforts all over the world have the targeted support that they need to do their jobs effectively, while also balancing the need to ensure coherent, consistent storytelling and branding as a company.I oversee all aspects of content creation at Forter, from white papers to research pieces, cases studies, videos, interactive pieces, infographics and social media. My role is both hands-on and managerial, ensuring that the team is on track for KPIs and deadlines. The most recent long-form report I ideated, researched, and composed was enormously successful, nearly doubling previous lead generation successes. I followed this up by arranging educational webinars and other materials supporting its success. All of this directly contributed to the company’s bottom line.

As Product Marketing and Content Specialist I refreshed the company’s website and reviewed and improved numerous aspects of the interactive dashboard customers use when interacting with the product. As well, I advised on many aspects of customer communication and supported (and in many cases created) nascent Customer Success efforts designed to increase brand loyalty and encourage customers to explore and understand the scope of the product.I also drove content efforts for lead generation, branding, PR and thought leadership purposes. I wrote bylines for numerous publications, created collateral such as white papers, case studies and promotional material, planned, wrote for and collaborated on pieces for the company blog and developed an educational but friendly presence and voice on social media.
