As an equipment manager, I have a passion for serving, protecting and helping student athletes prioritize their health and well-being. In my role as Associate Director of Athletic Equipment Services at Northwestern University, I collaborate with players, coaches and staff to create a community where student athletes are set up to thrive. Throughout my career I have pursued innovation in the protection of student athletes. Now, as a board member for the National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE), I play an active role in the conversations that shape standards for the equipment our student athletes wear.Previously, I served as Assistant Equipment Manager at Tulane University where I managed the daily equipment services of several athletic teams and supported team needs across sports.
