Directed and managed major institutional donor relationships (family foundations and independent foundations) in portfolio of existing and prospective donors.

Created external facing materials on strategic initiatives to protect elections and the right to vote, ensure accountability for authoritarian abuses of power, enshrine pro-democracy institutional guardrails, and address underlying social-cultural causes of democratic decline. Developed methodology and conduct primary research to identify the major figures in global philanthropy based on Foundation Center databases and ongoing research into philanthropic funding.Compiled current data-driven research on social issues with a focus on ideological diversity for Foundation Center's IssueLab databases. Published two blog posts summarizing and analyzing current research with Transparency Talk, a part of Foundation Center's GlassPockets initiative which highlights strategies, findings, and best practices on the web and in foundations.Analyzed case studies, program metrics, grant information and conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews with sector leaders for interactive web portal on change-based scholarship to assist potential grant makers.

Conducted and led lesson plans for native Spanish students ages 6-12 to learn English, science, and social studies. Utilized Spanish skills to overcome language barriers and instruct students in their given curriculum (English, social studies, science) and about the culture and daily life in the United States. Assessed various students' individual abilities in English comprehension and proficiency.

Developed triangulated study on youth civic engagement in the Boston area using quantitative and qualitative methods. Supervised and trained research team to produce and distribute survey, conduct and code 10 field observations and 15 semi-structured, in-depth interviews with various actors in Boston activism, including student and organization leaders, participants at local protests and town meetings, and professionals in the public sector.Presented comprehensive summary of the role of college students and universities in the Boston activist landscape during the summer to a variety of professional audiences (UMass Boston; Tisch College of Civic Life; NEXT).

Analyzed the determinants and prevalence of physician-assisted suicide (PAS) in the United States through a quantitative understanding of its gradual implementation. Evaluated the broader landscape of PAS organizations, patients, and broader debates through primary and secondary sources.Coordinated outreach to potential research participants and to government agencies to assist in data collection.

Managed activities, time, and well-being of youth ages 13-15 at a sleep-away camp as in-bunk counselor. Created and executed educational programs to teach current events, developmental and leadership skills, and encourage intercultural dialogue. Developed swim lesson plans and supervised campers ages 2-15 as lake and pool lifeguard.Awarded Olim Fellowship for leadership and community engagement in 2015.
