I lead the strategy and transformation for Business Services and Outsourcing globally with a focus on optimising our market position and client experience through a combination of skills development, digital investment, strategic partnerships and process innovation.

I worked with the Board member responsible for Advisory to develop a strategic plan and operational structure to unite eight advisory offerings.

I was 2ic for BDO’s disruptor group, Business Services and Accounting (BS&A), and co-founder of their SME offering BDODrive. I worked with the Head of Stream (Partner) to drive strategic development and digital transformation in the UK as well as coordinating a number of global initiatives to enhance cooperation and build international offering. I sat on the stream’s executive board. Key achievements include: ☛Delivered a national stream to provide a comprehensive offering of compliance, outsourcing and advisory services for SMEs. ☛Embedded a culture of digital innovation where everyone is empowered to think differently about how they deliver their work to clients. ☛Moved the stream from on premise systems to develop a cloud accounting offering. ☛Managed the scoping, configuration and implementation of a CRM and workflow system with 70% adoption after 6 months and informing the firm’s future CRM strategy. ☛Developed a people plan for the stream’s 250 employees which includes a career structure with a supporting training programme as well as a distinctive people proposition. ☛Implemented onshore and offshore hubs to route processing work to lower cost locations.☛Co-founded BDODrive offering for SME businesses and developed a go to market strategy, differentiated from the rest of the firm’s offerings by leveraging off own experience as disruptors.

Administration Manager for the Leadership Team working closely with the Managing Partner, Senior Partner and COO of the firm. The role reported to the firm’s Partnership Secretary and had one direct report. Key achievements include: ☛Managed HR processes for the firm’s 250 partners.☛Project managed due diligence and completion of the firm’s merger with PKF LLP. ☛Project managed acquisition and subsequent integration of the Guernsey office into the UK firm to ensure we could maximise on the synergies of the integration.

Took a permanent role within the Executive Office which provided direct exposure to the leadership of the firm with varied project management experience.
