I started as an assistant wedding coordinator my senior semester of college. This allowed me to combine theory with context and affirm my passion for events. At Elopment Las Vegas, I was to coordinate, oversee, and finalize wedding ceremony details and files while assisting in the running of each wedding at a capacity of 5 + weddings a week.A big part of my job was to control and maintain the flow of emotions between bride, groom, and the guests, while maintaining an orderly wedding timeline and schedule. This has made me well-versed in service recovery and conflict resolution.I saw each wedding through from set up, which included arranging florals, décor, and music for the reception, to ensuring décor’s original condition during the tear down process.

I served as a liaison between Encore Global and large properties that have significant labor needs to obtain upcoming event schedules, review labor requirements, and source labor from internal sales team, external regions, or brokers.It is my privilege coordinating regional workforce requests across both hotel and branch operations while ensuring accuracy and the highest level of customer service. I am responsible for streamlining tedious tasks by gathering and analyzing data to organize in Excel Spreadsheets, preparing clear and concise performance reports, and inputting via Event Solutions CRM.
