Worked to strengthen the social services and community involvement in the Yad Eliyahu neighborhood of Tel Aviv through informal youth education and programming. Developed a learning center open to the neighborhood's children and teens.

Working with LGBTQ youth from ages 14 to 21 by giving them support, a safe space, and someone to talk to. (Volunteer)

Worked to strengthen the company's relationship with its contractors, revised the website, and updated the marketing strategy and technique. Interviewed and hired Contractors. (6 month project).
