I have been in this role for more than a year, after transitioning from a successful career as a supervisor in the operations and reservations departments.My mission is to support the company's values and goals by providing effective feedback, coaching, training, and professional development to employees and managers, as well as conducting end-to-end investigations when there are performance or conduct concerns. I also partner with labor relations, legal, and other HR functions to ensure compliance and alignment with policies and procedures.
