My Recruiting role here at DataFile Technologies is to become the subject-matter expert in all things culture, people, and development.

• Manage full cycle recruiting process for all departments• Daily collaboration with hiring manager to discuss hiring forecast to maximize candidate pipeline• Partner with other departments and executive leadership to develop hiring strategy focused creating an excellent candidate experience• Responsible for writing and the revision of HR policies • Execute sourcing and selections process for salaried and hourly workforce including: Requisitions development, job posting, prescreening, interviewing, selection process, documentation, compliance, correspondence, communication with candidates, referencing checking, coordinating offers, drug and background process, and finalizing hiring process.• Developed recruiting process • Manage onboarding, HR Orientation • Strong proficiency in Microsoft office Suite, NetSuite, Newton and various EMR’s.• Responsible for building and managing candidate pipeline to eliminate reactive recruiting. • Responsible for creating leads though various sourcing methods, cold calling, internet searches, job boards, networking, social media, external referrals, employee referrals, career fairs, professional associations/organizations, college alumni/associations, applicant tracking system• Chair of DECA ( Internal Employee Engagement Group)
