As a Regional Director, I currently support the 29 collegiate chapters of Chi Omega Fraternity in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. I work to ensure that our collegians are excelling in all areas of chapter programming, including academics, leadership development, officer training, risk management, community service, recruitment, and campus involvement. Additionally, I regularly present at National conferences and meetings, facilitate group training, create educational content, and provide excellent customer service to members of the largest women's fraternal organization in the world. As liaison to the National Recruitment Team, I support our national volunteers and provide knowledge and assistance in logistical planning and communication with the Executive Headquarters.

As a National Leaderhsip Consultant for Chi Omega, I traveled the country and facilitated leadership and operational training to collegiate chapters. Through one-on-one sessions, group training, whole-chapter workshops, and meetings with campus professionals, I was able to provide a hands-on connection to the Executive Headquarters and ensure that our collegians were getting the most out of their chapter experience.

As the final step to obtaining my Elementary Education degree, I spent a semester in a third grade inclusion classroom under the guidance of a mentor teacher. Throughout the course of the semester, I planned individual lessons and classroom activities related to mathematics, language arts, reading, history, and science, and prepared my students for state-wide testing. Eventually, I was responsible for a full-day's course load, and acted as the primary classroom teacher for the final two months of my internship. During this time, I was also completing projects, assessments, and analysis for my Teaching Internship classwork, which consistently evaluated the effectiveness of my instruction.

As a Youth Intern for Fellowship Bible Church, I worked under the middle school and high school Youth Directors to plan and implement successful summer programs for the students. Aside from regular large-group weekly sessions, I led small-group studies, multiple service projects, and handled logistics for numerous youth trips. I also created and managed social media accounts and communication for those involved with the youth group.
