As Executive Producer of Business Development for both Assembly and Lime Studios. Becca's focus is new business and client retention through networking, and being an active member of the advertising industry, production and post production communities.

Point person for the NY/East Coast-based clientele and overall business development, growing the already established West Coast studios and roster of mixers. Duties include but not limited to: pitching new clients, winning new business, nurturing client relationships, maintenance of social media content and accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn), producing audio post production sessions, bidding projects, maintaining budgets.

Managing the studio’s core advertising division and supervising the team of producers. Meeting with mixers to effectively showcase their work, maintaining mixer reels, pitching mixers to agency and editorial clients. Lead client relations and sales, co-managed the client services department to ensure a positive overall client experience, managed Sound Lounge Everywhere, the company’s remote sound services offering out of Boston, Atlanta, and Boulder. Traveling for client meetings.

Managed workflow of a high volume of projects, bid audio post production services, handled sound design-based projects, retained and established relationships with current and new clients, represented the company at industry events. Worked closely with and contributed to Social Media maintenance. Up-selling and cross-selling of services. Attended sales meetings with company partners.

Created estimates and bids as well as coordinating audio post production sessions for radio and broadcast commercials/projects, online content. assistance in sound design/foley. Maintained client relationships, represented the company at industry events.

Responsibilities were, but not limited to, re-negotiating talent contracts for the worldwide Mattel account, maintaining status of production jobs during the pre-production, production, and post-production phases. Worked closely with the finance departmentProcessed vendor payments, trained new employees on internal server/database system (Maconomy), supplied support for producers and account managers.

Ensured each client's experience during color/conform/flame sessions was as comfortable as possible. Greeted clients, directed phone calls to the correct Artist/Producer/Colorist/etc., coordinated corporate travel for upper management, assisted with social media accounts, wrote blog posts, and planning of industry events.

Managed all social media accounts, wrote weekly blog posts, marketed the brand to develop a following, attended trade shows, cold-called for new clients, created sample packages to bring to client meetings.

Production Assistant for "Snooki & Jwoww" Season 3. Responsibilities were, but not limited to, assembling the daily set, coffee runs, taking lunch orders, providing transportation for cast & crew members, stocking crafty, purchasing crafty, taking inventory of equipment, picking up equipment, labeling tapes and sending them to the post production team, and creating release forms.

Responsibilities were, but not limited to: cold calling and selling online advertising space, prospecting for new clients, building online profiles for each ad/client, on-boarding new clients and publicizing the brand.

Responsibilities were, but not limited to, stand-in/on set hair & makeup, assembling the daily set, coffee runs, taking lunch orders, providing transportation for cast & crew members, stocking crafty, purchasing crafty, taking inventory of equipment, picking up equipment, labeling tapes and sending them to the post production team, and creating release forms.
