Implementation of IB Diploma Program (pilot). Language Arts program development and instruction. Using the IB framework and conforming to course guides, developed, implemented and curated resources for two year curriculum and lesson plans for Language and Literature (DP) and English Language B (DP), and middle school language arts courses (MYP). Developed k-12 scope and sequence plan as well as language policy for English program to support primary and middle school IB applications and to insure congruence of k-12 Language Arts programs. Selected and on-boarded LMS to improve communication with parents and student feedback, 21st century student engagement and to support implementation of institutional reporting procedures.
