- Grew and led English Language Development, World Languages, and Correlations team, managed vendor relationships, and project managed corresponding product development of two new programs and over 750 new resources. - Led eLearning educator course development as Project Editor and Manager creating over 10 online trainings. - Coordinated with Editors, Engineering, Production, and Marketing to develop and release new teacher and student resources, including the company’s first complete K-5 content-based literacy curriculum leading to a CODiE Award for best Literacy Solution.- Built Authentic Spanish team; began first original Spanish content development resulting in significant new and retained revenue.
