I am a driven, hard-working, and results-oriented individual with a passion for product development. I've never been one to shy away from a challenge, or take on new responsibilities, and I plan to carry that mentality throughout my career.My passion in apparel peaked when I was olympic distance triathlete. Being the athlete wanting to express my individuality in what I wore presented a desire to pursue it as a career. So I shifted focus to my education graduating with a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising.While obtaining my degree, I sought out a mentorship under an industry veteran in pattern making and developing. For two years, I absorbed as much knowledge as I could before moving to Portland, Oregon to pursue my passion in athletic apparel. Currently, I continue to broaden my knowledge of all areas of production, development, sourcing, and strategizing doing product development for Tanner Goods, on top of my position of managing bag production. Also occupying my time is sewing hems, and repairing jeans at Self-Edge, Imogene + Willie, and the Woodlands.
