The turnover rate in the city was so high, I have managed to help retain employees with support, in depth training and positivity. I was expected to create, order, and build displays throughout the store. In two years, I increased the store's flowers sales by 7% continuously. My emails to customer complaints were broadcasted by my regional manager to store managers and shift supervisors as examples of how we should treat and talk to our customers. I created communication logs for our team. I was everyone's resource in the store for disgruntled customers. While at each store I've worked for in the city (2), we have won our region's "alcohol challenge" to increase alcohol sales year over year.
