Technical leadership in developing the Girl Hub country programme’s monitoring, learning and results (MLR) framework. Implementation of an MLR strategy for measuring the efficacy of strategic partnerships and the use of branded social communications to achieve positive outcomes for adolescent girls at scale.• Developed the measurement strategy for ‘Yegna’, an innovative and inspiring youth-focused brand and media platform that combines entertainment and behaviour change communications with community outreach activities in order to shift societal attitudes and behaviours toward girls• Designed and oversaw the first pilot research project in Ethiopia to use the SenseMaker story collection methodology. I conducted analysis of feminist and sociological texts to inform the global literature review for an applied research project on young women's political participation and the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in francophone West Africa. The project employed intersectional feminist theory and sought to develop innovative methodologies for exploring young women's citizenship in West Africa.
