I work within the University of Nottingham's HR department as their Talent Manager. My role is to lead on the institution's approach to talent management for staff across all our job families. This includes activities such as building career pathways, creating talent frameworks, building leadership and career development capabilities for staff through our learning and development offer, shaping our approach to succession planning, and acting as a consultant across HR to shape our service from a 'talent' perspective. My background is in career development, with many years working in Higher Education.
