Leadership of a large team of Employability Services Partnership Coordinators, Careers Consultants and Careers Coaches, to deliver high quality career development learning within and alongside the curriculum, and 1-1 careers coaching support. Collaboration with key stakeholders across the department and university, including School Employability Managers and leads for Curriculum, Work Like Experience, Employer Engagement, Graduate Support and Social Mobility, to develop our approach to integrating careers learning. Oversee and review the Student Development Team's (Employability) strategic direction and operational delivery within School Employability Partnership Plans across the university.

Project managed initiatives to enhance and improve the employability service, including: - Project managed the 'Future You' team in supporting finalist and graduates, including launch campaign, student conference, communication plans and post-graduation offer of support - Led research and proposals in developing a framework for the delivery of a progressive and innovative career and professional development experience for NTU students- Supported day to day management of Careers Consultant Team Key achievements:- Co-ordinated over 200 graduates securing a paid graduate level internship as part of the NTU Graduate Internship Scheme 2017/18- Introduced key strategic initiatives; a sign up scheme for final year students with over 3000 sign ups, led the development of our online resources portal, created teaching materials and guidance for academic staff, - Built relationships with, negotiated and planned an annual programme of delivery with NTU's new partner Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies

Careers Consultant within the Employability Team at Nottingham Trent University with responsibility for providing 1-1 support and a wide range of careers education to Nottingham Business School students. Key achievements:- Consulted with the Business School on developing flagship Personal and Professional Development modules, including diagnostic resources, lectures and training to newly appointment academic mentors- Introduced a new 'Prepare for Placement' programme of resources and events to support sandwich students, resulting in a 40% increase in students achievement a placement- Coordinated guest speakers from NTU’s ‘Alumni Fellowship’ scheme to contribute to events delivered to over 500 students- Regularly deliver interactive lectures and workshops to audiences of up to 200 students- Coordinated large scale events such as a Speed Networking and Mock Assessment Centres for up to 70 students

Responsible for designing and delivering outreach activities to a wide range of schools and college pupils, in order to raise aspirations, increase attainment and help to prepare them for university life. Achievements:- Planned outreach events including Family Fun evenings for Year 6 pupils and their families, Year 9 Media Taster Day and a three day residential for 90 Year 12 pupils- Coordinated and delivered outreach activities for children in care/care leavers, and trained over 200 care professionals, as part of the 'Growing Lives' project- Worked collaboratively with NTU’s Student Support Services team to develop initiatives for vulnerable students (Growing Lives: children from care, Well aHead: students with mental health difficulties, Wings School Project: children with behavioural difficulties)- Incorporated Careers Guidance/Education approaches into Outreach work – including new workshops such as 'HE and Employability', 'Researching Your Options', 'Confidence Building' and 'Careers'- Managed a case load of 20 schools/colleges to co-ordinate and negotiate bookings and promote a menu of activities- Delivered UCAS and Higher Education CPD sessions for teachers and career professionals

Worked in both the International Development team, where I was solely responsible for processing applications from the Middle East, Africa and non-EU Europe, as well as the centralised Admissions team.

Worked in a variety of employed and freelance roles on a number of dance and drama based projects. Main areas of expertise were supporting teenagers on Youth Theatre projects, and facilitating creative dance classes for primary aged pupils.
