• Partner with functional leaders to conduct organizational development needs analysis• Partner with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations• Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective workplace investigations to ensure a positive employee relations environment.• Provide strategic thought process and leadership for the integrity of HR Data administration & Reporting processes across the enterprise, leveraging the Workday HRIS application• Ensures staffing processes align with current and anticipated workforce needs.• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions; ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
