• Proposed, scoped, and led a project to improve the resiliency and scalability of our daily subscription charging process that is responsible for charging millions of customers per month. This initiative led to reduction in runtime from 13.5hrs down to 5 minutes and a decrease in failures mid run from 1-2 per week down to 0.• Led migration of our nightly crons to Kubernetes over from the previous system (custom EC2) that was being deprecated, ensuring a smooth transition. Created playbooks for on-call incidents to triage and rerun.• February 2022 - present — have served as the squad lead for our team, responsible for leading 1 of 2 squads as part of a larger team.• Worked with hiring managers to improve the hiring process on the team. Mentored and onboarded a new team member and provided ongoing support.

• Led project to build uploading and importing card statement CSVs to allow customers to manually reconcile card transactions and submit expenses. This included writing the technical spec, testing plan, and release plan for the team.• Led an update to allow customers to connect their cards via Finicity. Finicity was releasing a new API, so partnered closely with the PM to adjust scope to ship on time.• Changed team processes, such as creating developer testing playbooks for third party integrations, improving automated testing via commit hooks, and writing technical docs to align team on direction.
