Nexus is a world-leading creative studio, using craft and technology to make animation and interactive media. The company has ben honoured with Oscar & Emmy nominations, Cannes Grand Prix, Black D&AD pencils, Webbys & the Prix Ars Electronica 'Golden Nica'. Reporting directly to the Founders / ECD I played a vital role in major decisions about company objectives, the ongoing scouting and development of talent and the development of Nexus’ unique voice and style. I built Nexus' Music, Arts & Culture division from the ground up; exploring the innovative space where the arts intersects with design, storytelling and creative technology. I was responsible for developing and implementing its artistic and strategic vision. Seeking out insights, new markets and brokering partnerships, I was an integral part of ideation and creative strategy. My role placed the right talent on the right projects, taking a holistic view over multiple productions. I ensured high standards were upheld throughout, defining and monitoring quality, delivering the most creative solutions to client briefs.Prior to EPing I was a Creative Producer managing technique-driven & design-lead live action, stop motion, 2D & 3D animation, real-time & generative, digital installations, web and immersive (AR, VR, 360).www.nexusstudios.com

I work closely with Nexus’ Founders and roster of directing talent to further the creative development of the company’s art, music and branded content output, playing a key part in shaping Nexus’ voice and style; identifying new markets and trends.I work collaboratively with Nexus’ new business and marketing teams, as well as liaising extensively with the studio, the directors and an array of other creative collaborators to deliver beautifully crafted outcomes. I’m responsible for delivering projects combining account management and end to end creative production; from sales, interpreting client briefs, talent sourcing and developing proposals through to scoping, costing, contracting, crewing up and finally executing, delivering and promoting the work.I love to develop ideas with directors, nurturing their creativity, reflecting the client’s brief yet pushing creative boundaries, ensuring the very best execution. I work with world-class talent to create award-winning work across a range of media from live action and animation, to VR, web, installation and one of the world's largest stroboscopes! I've developed and produced projects for clients including Tate, Vital Arts, Google, The Creators Project, Vitra, Red Bull, Ninja Tune, Because Music and XL Recordings. I've produced four MVA-nominated music videos, Webby and Lovie winning interactive experiences and the generative animation and multi-screen installation 'Forms' for Quayola and Memo Akten, which won the Prix Art Electronica’s highest prize for digital art, the Golden Nica. My projects have been featured on Good Morning America, Creative Review + CR Annual, Vimeo 'Staff Picks', It's Nice That, Dazed Media, Vice Media and Shots.
