Beccy Rushton is a Senior Brand Manager at Howden. Colleagues describe them as "The impact that Beccy has had over the last two years has surpassed all expectations. Despite joining the day before we were sent home to begin homeworking in 2020, Beccy managed to learn everything that she needed to do her job well, forge relationships, and grow in visibility - with very little input from her line manager! She learns new systems and approaches with astonishing speed, and it seems can turn herself to anything. Beccy is enormously capable, level-headed, calm, and able to see the bigger picture. Her maturity conviction and integrity comes across in spades, and I have learned a lot from her. I have yet to discover the limit of Beccy’s abilities, so can only assume she is limitless!
