About Bec Hyssett

I am an Industry Engagement Manager with Construction Skills Queensland. My role services the Gold Coast sector of the state. I have worked in the education space in a number of roles from early childhood educator through to business development for trades in major RTOs for most of my life! I have established a passion to assist new entrants to follow their dream and establish workers by developing more skills. I really enjoy helping businesses to understand workforce capability and designing plans to make the most out of their team.I love to see people of all ages find their passion and develop themselves from a new entrant to a leader within their chosen field. I find chatting with people face to face and developing a rapport with them provides them with a go to person within the industry where they feel comfortable to ask questions and gather information they need.If you’re an RTO looking to upskill your staff, CSQ can help you GROW your workforce, FUND your employee training, PLAN your business solutions and NAVIGATE the training sector.
