Responsible for monitoring shift's day to day operations, maintaining shift work schedule, and scheduling overtime. Maintain daily logs associated operation activities. Aid in training new operators. Understand, initiate and sign area permits (Hot Work, Safe Work, Breaking into Process, Confined Space, Interlock Bypass, Lockout and Tag-out permits. Participate in Safety, process, Process Hazard Analysis incident, injury & accident investigations. Participate on Quality Improvement team and prepare for and attend area meetings. Understand, initiate and sign spill reports. Identify, record and investigate quality product and review sample results/Certificate of Analysis and disposition materials. Understand and adhere to Plant Policies, Procedures and Guidelines. Understand and utilize Mircosoft Word, Mircosoft Excel, Mircosoft Powerpoint, SAP, Mircosoft Outlook, LMS, HRDBA, HRAPPS, Workday, Sample Manager, SharePoint and IntelaTrac. Participate in Housekeeping walkthroughs and oversee the completion of checked items.
