At Old Hickory Steakhouse I work my absolute hardest to create delicious dishes for customers using my seafood safety standards and food preparation skills. I work with a diverse and talented team of chefs and servers, and I am always eager to learn new recipes and techniques from them. I am passionate about providing quality food and service, and I follow the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen while maintaining quality dishes and time management during service of food.I have high amounts of seafood preparation experience thanks to my previous role at Flaming Joes Seafood. While at the same time I handled multiple orders, coordinated with the front-of-house staff, and ensured timely delivery of food. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and I thrive on challenges and feedback. I am committed to improving my craft and advancing my career as a line cook.
