As part of RHS's Legal Support Staff, I help to handle the day-to-day work for our clients' cases by acting as a liaison between them and their attorney. I am the first point of contact for many clients whose cases I have been assigned, and I ensure that they receive frequent updates about the process of their case. Being in a satellite office of RHS means that I work as part of a small but busy team of attorneys and fellow case managers daily to pursue the needs of our clients. On any given day, I am likely to speak with multiple clients, thoroughly review case documents and information, prepare detailed updates for the attorneys, and take part in correspondence with medical providers, insurance companies, and other outside organizations.

I led the Student Ambassadors program at the University of Arkansas and assisted in management and communication. My responsibilities included communicating program requirements and updates, monitoring ambassador attendance, ensuring daily tours ran smoothly, coordinating special tours and events, holding weekly office hours, and overall improvement of the program.

I escorted prospective students and parents on guided walking tours of campus at least twice per week and answered their questions pertaining to the University of Arkansas.

I preformed many of the core organizational and communicative tasks for Be BOLD, a local mentoring organization for middle school students which I helped to form within the University of Arkansas's Volunteer Action Center. I oversaw the scheduling and management of all meetings and events, supervised the Be BOLD team, managed the program budget and all purchases, and completed program assessment.

I worked with the Library's Internship and Fellowship Programs (IFP) to plan and manage 20 professional development events for the over 100 of the Library's interns and junior fellows. This includes communicating with guest speakers, moderating events, and assisting in program assessment weekly. I also helped to manage the Library's Junior Fellows Program, where I completed organizational tasks and projects including mentor/intern interviews, frequent email/communication support, and drafting event reports.

I led the staff of the Associate Member Program as we educated and engaged students at the University of Arkansas on the ways they can become involved in student government and other service-based organizations on campus. I delegated staff duties, led meetings, communicated with other campus leaders, and mentored fellow students interested in service and student government.

I worked with a body of 49 other student-elected senators to research student needs and concerns regarding campus issues and write legislation to solve such concerns. This required collaboration with other senators and attendance at weekly meetings to debate and vote on proposed legislation.
