With over 20 years of experience within the travel industry my passion is being compassionate and loyal to my work. A strong commitment to providing outstanding service that results in overall performance and quality. My past roles within the travel industry ranging from Operations Supervisor, Account Manager, Trainer, Client Technology Support, as well as working for multiple airlines (America West, Southwest, World Airways). I have recently returned to Lake Land College and am working towards completion of my third degree. My goal is to complete my Associate of Applied Science in Medical Coding and Health Information Management in Summer or Fall of 2023. I am driven to excel in each given task while keeping a strong focus on the customer/client. I consider myself to be analytical yet able to explain complex concepts, motivating, customer/client focused, a strong communicator, compassionate about providing outstanding customer service.
