About Becka Vigorito

Becka Vigorito is the Chief of Staff for Client and Business Leadership for VML. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations across a wide range of industries -- from start-ups to Fortune 500 Brands, including CPG, Entertainment, Lifestyle, and Travel. Becka has led teams across experiential, retail, innovation, advertising, and partnerships using her expertise to connect these brands to culture. Along with her partners, she’s launched and created new products, re-ignited heritage brands, drove challenger brands, and created experiences both regionally and globally.In addition to her client commitments, Becka's expanded her role within VML to focus on creating excellence across the Client and Business Leadership Department. This is inclusive of building community, strengthening talent through mentorship, learning experiences and career pathing, as well strategic business leadership, ensuring each of VML’s partners are primed for growth.
