There I gained valuable experience as a leasing agent for landlords and developers of office and industrial buildings, which provided me with insight into how they think and what they worry about.After relocating to Boise, ID in 1991, I recognized the unmet need for a commercial real estate firm that specialized in "working" exclusively for tenants or occupiers. This led to the founding of TENANT REALTY ADVISORS in 2000, which remains the only tenant/occupier-centric firm in the entire market. I am proud to offer my clients unparalleled expertise and experience.In addition to my tenant work, I have also developed with a partner two Class "A" high rise office buildings totaling 250,000 square feet in downtown Boise for my own account.
