This gave me the opportunity to visit the 5 major capital cities around Australia over a 5-week period. I was seconded into the role of the SA/NT reporting to the SA/NT Human Resources Manager. Key responsibilities were to develop strong relationships with local stakeholders including line management within the Sales and Supply Chain business functions and to recruit for roles across all business functions.

This was the first role at my career with CCA, reporting to the District Sales Manager. My objective was to increase the NSR and NC within the southern metro territory through increasing the share of CCA stock within Grocery outlets by selling in a mix of revenue and profit packs. This required me to develop and regularly review store results with the customer, review existing and perspective business plans, analyse results and demonstrate the results of sales initiatives.

Key responsibility was to help grow the brand presence of Lindt Chocolate through building strong relationships with Store and Grocery Managers to gain additional floor space in their outlets. I applied key marketing strategies to achieve superior brand positioning.
