Responsible for providing exceptional technology support services to clients, to anticipate, meet, and exceed client expectations and needs; and to deliver support services effectively and profitably. To lead the department and area of technology in developing processes, methods, and collaborating with the firms technical leadership to identifying new technologies and standards to adopt

- Manage Key National Account Service Coordination and Customer Service Team Members. - Direct and oversee sales and service initiatives for key accounts & national multi-branch accounts. - Train, mentor and empower team members to grow and to maximize productivity. - Lead collaboration between sales and service departments to ensure smooth transition between teams. - Develop and maintain processes & procedures for department. - Work with senior leadership team to drive company initiatives while maintaining focus on core responsibilities. - Process, review and close all monthly billing for department services and projects. - Maintain local resource (subcontractor) contracts and packets. Resolve billing disputes with contractors. - Maintain client relationships and resolve concerns with customer services.

- Manage all remodels and new store builds for national retail client at a time (30+/year); oversee store low voltage & carrier services for 400+ stores in national retail chain. - Train service team on store services in order to provide superior customer service. - Develop processes and requirements for administrative project set up to project closure. - Facilitate project coordination for client with other external vendors. - Maintain local resource (subcontractor) contracts and packets. Resolve billing disputes with contractors.
