I am an experienced Health Technician (Medical Assistant) with nearly six consecutive years in the Health Industry, to include military experience (both front line and civilian sector) and supplemental education in a clinical setting for school purposes. My areas of expertise could easily be considered direct patient care, proper documentation, and administrative and clerical support. A few strengths of mine are as follows: I consistently practice integrity; I have great compassion for those that I serve and serve with; and, I exercise what has proven to be an effective leadership style (with the primary tool being to listen). All of my previous employers would agree on at least one thing, being that I am willing to place the needs of the organization oftentimes above my own, through strong commitment, loyalty, and acts of selfless service. My professional style is one full of energy, with a resounding respect for seniors, peers, and subordinates alike. I am most interested in expanding my experience and knowledge in the recession-resistant Health Industry, first as a Registered Nurse, and later (hopefully) as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Anesthetist.Specialties: Including those talents attained through valiant military experience, I am only two full-time semesters away from completing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree.
